Collaborating with customers was key for the Money Advice Service (previously the Financial Services Authority)  

They needed to better understand the young people’s relatonship with their finances – how they manage them, who influences their choices and what might change their behaviour.

Qube created a private online community of young people to discuss research questions and collaborate.
